Michigan's largest and most prominent criminal defense organization has elected William Maze as its new statewide president. The Criminal Defense Attorney of Michigan, known as CDAM, is a 400 plus member strong organization that represents criminal defense lawyer interests in the state and federal courts. CDAM is frequently asked by the Michigan Supreme Court to submit amicus curiae briefs to assist the Court in defining Michigan criminal law.
