This first video was shot October 16, 2009, at the Wayne County Criminal Advocacy Program (CAP), where William Maze was invited to speak on the issue of DUI defense before a couple hundred lawyers in Wayne County. Filmed at the Third Circuit Court in Detroit, Michigan, Mr. Maze discusses how other lawyers can prepare a drunk driving case through discovery, motion practice and jury preparation. The seminar was captioned, "Winning isn't everything; it's the only thing."
