Blood Testing Training and Experience
William Maze has attended dozens of lectures on blood testing through various organizations. Additionally, Mr. Maze received a certificate of completion from the 2006 National Symposium for Alcohol Drugs and Traffic Safety, an advanced course in blood toxicology and urine analysis held on November 29 through December 2 in Indianapolis, Indiana. This symposium provided an exceptionally rare opportunity to tour an operating forensic toxicology laboratory.
Our firm handles a number of blood cases at any given time, and Mr. Maze has developed a method of systematically attacking blood cases, which includes several layers of independent analysis and re-testing designed to check the Michigan State Police's toxicology results. Given his training and experience, Mr. Maze is one of the only attorneys in the state who has a working knowledge of gas chromatography equipment and gas chromatography / mass spectrometry.
